Going home :-(

Had a fantastic 5 days riding from all three BnB's who have looked after us so well. Sadly the same can't be said for the weather - 2 days of persistent rain, one heavy rain too. On a 7.5 hour riding day, that meant we were wet through down to, well everything! The horses were stars, an are now much much fitter than when we got here ;-)
We will send photos on afterwards.

We did it!

83 mile in 5 days! The ponies are exhausted and so are we. Many thanks to Nicki and Steve for helping to organise the B & Bs and for making us all feel really at home including mending lorries and drying us out. It has been a brilliant trip, a challenge but still very enjoyable.
