Terms and Conditions

A non refundable deposit of 15% is required with your booking form and the balance will be due no later than 28 days before the start of your holiday. No refunds will be given, so due to the unpredictable nature of life with horses, we suggest that you take out appropriate cancellation insurance.

All bookings are taken on the condition that all riders and horses are fully insured against third party risks. Any vehicles should also be insured against third party liabilities and are parked on the premises at the owner's own risk. All horses should be vaccinated against equine flu, be wormed and hold a passport.

We accept responsibility for making bookings for accommodation (bed, breakfast and evening meal) for you and your group and DIY stabling or grazing for your horses. Should anything go wrong with this we will in no case be liable for more than the total fee you have paid. The accommodation providers are individually responsible for their own actions and omissions. They are joined together for marketing purposes and for your enjoyment. We do not accept any responsibility for loss, damage or injury to you, your horse, personal effects or tack.

Although every care will be taken to provide up to date route information, we assume that you are able to read a map and will in no way be liable if you fail to reach your overnight stop. We recommend you purchase the National Trail Guide to the Pennine Bridleway, Derbyshire to the South Pennines published by Aurum press as this contains detailed maps and directions for the whole route.

We reserve the right to cancel your holiday in any circumstances. In this event we will either return all monies paid or offer an alternative date. We will inform you of such changes as soon as is reasonably possible.
